NEGLECT AND ABUSE

Since 1998 we have worked, and are currently working cases for nationally recognized law firms, on behalf of residents and/or their families, who have suffered from neglect and/or abuse. This neglect and/or abuse has been in the form of bedsores/pressure sores/decubitus ulcers, falls, dehydration, malnutrition/weight loss, sexual assault, contractures, dental and other hygiene issues, physical abuse, verbal abuse, elopement, and various other forms of abuse and neglect

Many of these cases have been resolved with verdicts up to $7 million and settlements up to $6 million. The total of the settlements and/or verdicts is nearly $100 million.
