When corporate greed takes over humanity is lost to financial gain and abuse and neglect takes its place.  This is the story too often heard in our nation’s medical facilities.  We, at Dumas Medical Investigations, vow to stop this plague or at least hold those accountable who operate in this manner.  In doing so we will bring their actions to light in front of a jury, if necessary, and make them pay for their indifference to our loved ones.  Once we accomplish this task, we have given our only means of protecting those who remain in one of these facilities or those who may someday enter one.

Sadly enough, in our quest to hold these corporations accountable for their actions, we uncover on a daily basis that families are misled into believing their loved one’s are being provided adequate care.  Often we find that the care the residents/patients receive when the families are not there, falls far short of “adequate”.  Likewise the care is even farther from meeting the Federally Mandated “Standards of Care”.  By finding the real truth about the type of care a resident or patient actually received and how the “standards of care” were deviated from, we will be giving your attorneys the tools they need to successfully litigate your case.

Additionally, we often find that the resident's medical records are falsified and inaccurate.
